Mechanical Engineering
Mechanisms, structures, materials, tolerances, fasteners, interfaces, heat, motion, durability, and design improvement.
Reimagineer, LLC exists for projects that do not fit neatly inside a conventional repair shop, machine shop, or design office.
Reimagineer, LLC was built around the belief that a failed electronic assembly is not always disposable and a discontinued part is not necessarily the end of the machine.
The work combines automotive, mechanical, and electrical engineering with PCB diagnostics, precision micro-soldering, embedded programming, CAD, 3D scanning, additive manufacturing, and hands-on fabrication.
This allows a project to move naturally from diagnosis to measurement, from measurement to design, from design to prototype, and from prototype to a finished solution.
“Diagnose thoughtfully.
Design intelligently.
Build with purpose.”
Every item and project is evaluated individually, with clear communication and practical decision-making.
Mechanisms, structures, materials, tolerances, fasteners, interfaces, heat, motion, durability, and design improvement.
Circuit diagnostics, micro-soldering, sensors, wiring, power distribution, displays, controls, and embedded systems.
Solid modeling, precision measurement, scan-to-CAD workflows, manufacturing documentation, and replacement-part design.
FDM and SLA printing, fixtures, enclosures, assemblies, low-volume parts, fit checks, and iterative testing.
Microcontrollers, wireless systems, dashboards, timing, thermal control, data, safety logic, and custom interfaces.
Root-cause evaluation, weak-point identification, design improvement, prototype testing, and controlled revision development.
An item may be repairable but economically impractical. A custom idea may need a simpler approach. Those realities are explained before unnecessary work begins.
Diagnosis and quote come before significant additional parts or labor. The customer remains in control of the decision.
Mechanical, electrical, thermal, software, material, and user-interface factors are considered together rather than in isolation.
Measurements, operating conditions, failure evidence, and intended function guide the recommendation rather than assumptions.
The Reimagineer name represents the engineering, electronics repair, reverse-engineering, product-development, and fabrication side of Reimagine and Remember, LLC.
