Privacy and form-submission notice
This site collects only the information customers voluntarily submit for project review, gift design, order requests, and communication.
Information submitted through forms
Forms may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, project descriptions, product configurations, photographs, uploaded files, requested deadlines, and payment preferences. Payment card or bank-account numbers are not collected directly by this website.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate projects, prepare quotes, communicate with customers, review product configurations, coordinate shipping, and provide requested services.
Netlify form processing
Website forms are processed through the site hosting provider. Form submissions may be stored in the hosting dashboard and may be forwarded through configured email notifications. Customers should avoid submitting passwords, full payment credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.
Uploaded files
Only upload photographs and documents that you own or have permission to share. Uploaded material is reviewed only for the requested project and may be retained with the project record unless deletion is requested.
Payment services
Square, PayPal, Venmo, or another approved payment provider may be used through separate secure links. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy and security policies.
Data preservation during repair
Reimagineer, LLC cannot guarantee preservation of stored data on electronics, computers, consoles, memory devices, or control systems. Customers should back up data whenever possible before service.

Use the integrated project inquiry form to request correction or deletion of submitted information.
