COMMON QUESTIONS

Before shipping or commissioning work

Should I ship the item immediately?

No. Contact Reimagineer, LLC first so the item, service, acceptance, and shipping requirements can be confirmed.

Will I receive a quote before repair?

Yes. Significant additional parts or labor are described and quoted before the work proceeds.

What happens if the item cannot be repaired?

For diagnostic services, the applicable diagnostic fee and return shipping remain due. No additional repair charge is added for declined or unavailable work.

Can a discontinued part be recreated?

Often, but not always. Fit, material, operating environment, safety, quantity, and available reference geometry must be reviewed.

Can you work from photographs alone?

Photographs are useful for initial review. Accurate reproduction usually requires measurements, drawings, scans, or the original component.

Do you accept every project?

No. Unsafe, hazardous, contaminated, incomplete, legally restricted, excessively damaged, or economically impractical projects may be declined.
