The supplied Class 12.9 fastener is pre-coated with blue thread-locking compound to help resist loosening during normal motorcycle operation.
Important: This is a cooling-system component. Work only on a completely cool, depressurized engine. Correct O-ring seating, fastener practice, hose routing, clamp placement, coolant refill, air bleeding, leak inspection, and post-installation monitoring are essential.
