Precision board-level work

Precision Micro-Soldering

Controlled repair of very small components, connectors, pads, traces, and interconnects under magnification.

  • Fine-pitch surface-mount component replacement
  • HDMI, USB, charging, ribbon, and board connector repair
  • Lifted pads, damaged vias, traces, and jumper reconstruction
  • Cold joints, cracked solder, and intermittent connections
  • Flux removal, inspection, continuity testing, and verification

Micro-soldering is performed only after the failure and surrounding board condition are evaluated.

PCB Repair

Printed-circuit-board repair begins with fault isolation, not blind component replacement. The power path, signals, connectors, board damage, and surrounding circuitry are evaluated together.

  • Short-circuit and failed-component isolation
  • Burned, corroded, cracked, or contaminated board areas
  • Trace, pad, and jumper reconstruction
  • Power-supply, regulator, driver, and protection-circuit faults
  • Post-repair inspection and functional verification when testable

Electronics Diagnostic & Repair

Systematic troubleshooting for control boards, displays, controllers, audio equipment, electronic toys, specialty devices, small appliances, and customer-owned equipment that is difficult to replace.

  • Visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection
  • Disassembly when appropriate
  • Fault isolation and likely-cause identification
  • Written recommendation and repair quote
  • Micro-soldering, trace, component, and connector repair when approved

Simple corrections found during diagnosis may be completed without additional labor when no parts or significant extra work are required.

Game-Console Diagnostic & Repair

Case-by-case diagnosis for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and selected classic systems.

  • No power, boot, and intermittent faults
  • No video and damaged HDMI connectors
  • USB, charging, and internal connector damage
  • Overheating, shutdown, fan, and cooling faults
  • Disc-drive, liquid-damage, and corrosion concerns

Additional repairs are quoted before work begins. The diagnostic fee may be credited toward an approved repair when stated in the written quote.

CAD Design & Obsolete Replacement Parts

When a component is broken, discontinued, unavailable, or poorly designed, Reimagineer, LLC may be able to measure, model, improve, and manufacture a replacement.

  • 3D CAD modeling and drawing development
  • Reverse engineering from samples or measurements
  • Prototype design and fabrication
  • Fit, function, manufacturability, and revision support
  • Low-volume production options for proven designs

Safety-critical, medical, structural, steering, braking, airbag, extreme-pressure, and other high-risk applications require individual review and may be declined.

Digital capture

3D Scanning & Model Reconstruction

Complex physical geometry can be captured as digital reference data for measurement, visualization, reverse engineering, or custom miniature fabrication.

  • Full-object and component scanning
  • Point-cloud and mesh cleanup
  • Reference geometry for CAD reconstruction
  • Scale models and personalized replicas
  • Project-specific accuracy and deliverable review

A scan is not automatically a production-ready CAD model. Cleanup, surfacing, dimensional verification, and redesign are quoted according to the intended use.
