Protect your data

Back up important data whenever possible. Stored data cannot be guaranteed during testing, repair, reset, or storage replacement.

Package securely

Use a sturdy box, adequate cushioning, tracking, and insurance. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility.

Approval before repair

Significant additional parts or labor are quoted before work begins. No added work is performed without approval.
